To return an item(s) please read the guidelines on this page and then email us at cs@shopmaxwell.com for a return shipping label to be emailed to you. 

  • Please allow 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri) for a return label to be emailed to you.
  • Include your NAME & ORDER # on the return package.

To qualify for a refund, you will have 10-days from the date USPS tracking shows your order was delivered to you. To request a return label please email cs@shopmaxwell.com Then drop it off at your local post office.(we allow up to 48 hours) Form the date we emailed the return label to you to get it in the mail and off to us! 

  • Anything received after the 10-day window will be issued back as STORE CREDIT onlyWe will not accept anything past 30-days.  

Please Note: A $8.95 fee is deducted from your refund balance for postage & processing fees.

Products must be in original condition:

  • Shoes need to be sent back in original box, box in good condition.

Shoes must be returned unworn and in original box.inclosed in proper shipping package.  Always try shoes on carpet, as they scuff easily.


Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any defective or damaged items must be reported to us by email within 3-days of receiving your delivery.

Please contact Customer Service at CS@shopmaxwell.com to inform us of the damaged item(s).



All purchases made on discounted or sale items are FINAL SALE. No exceptions will be made.

We will not contact you about any items returned to us that do not qualify for a return.

Due to inventory levels, we do not do exchanges. A store credit may be issued and the item can then be repurchased using that credit after item has been received back to us. 

Once we receive the items we will email you and let you know!

2-See how you would like to move forward with your return. If we don't hear back after sending an email with 48 hours we will auto send you a gift-card for your return.  


  • Maxwell is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered". Please contact your local post office to settle a claim or track package. We ship all orders USPS.
  • Any shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable.
  • All returns using our prepaid label will be assessed a $8.95 shipping & handling fee. 
  • Should you choose not to use Maxwell's prepaid return label, please retain and have tracking information available as Maxwell is not responsible for items not received back to us - shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 21 days. 
  • Store credit will be issued within 72-hours of us receiving your item back



If you are an international customer, you are required to pay for return shipping. We do not issue pre-paid shipping labels on international orders. Shipping costs will not be refunded or reimbursed.

  • $75 free shipping is for U.S. Residents only - does not apply to international orders.



We are committed to processing orders promptly. Items will be shipped within 2-4 days.

Maxwell is not resposiable for lost/stolen package once an order has been marked as delivered. We offer route shipping protection to over your order. If you opt out of Route Shipping protection, Please reach out to your local post office to file a claim. 

If you did opt to use Route and need to file a claim you will have up to 20 days from when your package says delivered. Or last check point it was last scanned. 

Reporting a clam via route:  Please go to claims.route.com 

Please make sure to put the correct address in & review it when placing an order. Changes are not always able to be made after an order is placed. We are not responsible for any packages wrongly delivered to an address the customer has put on the order. If it is returned to sender it will be the customers responsibility to pay to have it shipped back to them.


After Pay and Shop pay customers are eligible for store credit only.


  • Please note your personal agreement with After Pay or Shop Pay will still stand upon returning items to us. We do not contact After Pay or Shop Pay on your behalf to cancel any agreements made with them.
  • The customer will assume responsibility for any payments still scheduled with the there program.



For all returns and or exchanges from orders via Facebook or Instagram will need to email cs@shopmaxwell.com and will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. Maxwell is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. Maxwell will not accept any orders that have not been approved for a return.
